Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have my SoA/RoA fast tracked?

Yes. One of our premium services available to our clients is to request a Fast-Tracked SoA.

We understand that pipelines are lumpy and unanticipated needs can arise. In addition to our industry-leading 3-day turnaround after a case is assessed, under certain circumstances, DöXA can work with you to make the process even faster and deliver your required SoA and supporting documentation within one business day after our assessment day.

These premium offerings will be outlined in our tailored Terms of Engagement to you.

How can I contact you?

DöXA’s email is: admin@doxagroup.com.au. Each case is assigned an onshore paraplanner with direct contact details made available after a case has been assessed and quote accepted.

DöXA’s business phone number is: (07) 3252 1142 and we are available during business hours.

You may also leave us a message on the Contact section of our website.

Do I need to commit to sending work each week?

No. Whilst you can fully integrate our services into your business and reap greater value pricing, we are happy for you to use us on an ad hoc basis.

You may contact us per case, when needed, and we will assess and quote within one business day per our pricing structure detailed in your tailored Terms of Engagement.

Does my paraplanner use my software or use their own?

Currently, we recommend that you have a login available to your chosen system for our paraplanner to use when completing your cases. In the event of limited logins, we can work with you to arrange best times to access your platform.

We do construct your SoA/RoA using an array of our own bespoke processes and systems, but upload the final result back to your chosen system and email you.

Is my data safe? What about security and privacy?

Our online, cloud-based storage systems provide some of the most secure data transmission environments available.

As an outsourced paraplanning provider we understand that you, the adviser, are required to adhere to the Privacy Act 1988. Thanks to our document management systems, if you ever lose a file, or something goes wrong, data/files we have worked on are stored with us and can be retrieved.

We can also restore previous versions and provide an activity report for all work carried out for you.

What about compliance?

We familiarise ourselves with your compliance team’s requirements, your software, SoA and RoA templates and your intended advice process. Whilst the compliance burden rests with you as the adviser, it is our aim to ensure we are empathetic to, and maintain all, compliance needs.

In the financial services and advice industry in Australia, the Authorised Representative is solely responsible for the advice provided to their clients.
